Body Shape

Hi All,

I was wondering, I have a friend who is a classic pear shape, and she is concidering going on the Dr Cohens diet but evey other diet she loses weight on the top but not on the bottom end....(no pun intended ) so she's not so sure if Dr Cohens will help her....
What do you all think?

I've lost weight EVERYWHERE. Since it works on our fat stores I would think it would work on your friend as well. I am not expert so maybe I am wrong.

I agree with Pudge, this would work everywhere. She would have to be on it 'till she reached her goal weight of course and when she reaches that point I would assume her body shape as it is now would have changed considerably to one of trimness all over.

I always thought I was pear shape, and here I am with smallish boyish hips, Debs said I looked like a cyclist, never expected that, had a big bum and all the fat around the waist, belly, and whilst that's where it comes off last, it will come off!

She'll be fine!

I was the same as your friend for every other diet I've been on.... so Cohen's was a revelation.
My body shape is quite different to what it used to be when I lost weight previously... my bust is bigger, my hips are smaller and I discovered my problem area is not my hips, its actually my thighs.
I noticed the change to budy shape from when I was about 1/2 way through my weight loss.
So, I'm fairly confident your friend will also notice a difference in her body shape

During Cohens I lost weight everywhere but always my butt first which was different to any past experience now my shape is very different to previous even slim I was always curvey and when heavy abit "matronly" now I have a very athletic look which I am quite happy with.

Just to reinforce the message, I went shopping for a new bra yesterday.... and I"ve gone UP a cup size... of course, I've gone down many sizes overall.. from a 22DD to a 12E!
