At what amount over your normal weight do you start to panic and try to loose weight ?

3-5 kg over normal goal weight
6-8
9-11
12-14
15-17
18 -20
21-23
24 -26

Is that goal weight when you have finished?

My "normal" weight will be a lot less soon. then I will start to panic at 3kgs. In the past I would freak out if the scales hit triple figures. Im NOT going to see that again unless there is a decimal point . . .

When I get to goal I do not want to go more than 2kg above, it's just too easy to let it slide and go back to the old ways if you don't take care of the problem asap. Better to lose 2kg asap than 20kg down the track!

Or 40kg! Which by the way once I've completed Cohens will be the 3RD TIME I've lost that amount of weight and you know what??? NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! 3kg above goal will be my max before the alarm bells sound loud and clear!

Default Clarification of this poll !!~

I should clarify that I am talking about when you get to goal weigh and what your intentions are - for those that have not yet ------- but will ------- get to goal weight or the final weight after refeed !!!!!!
