Default Having a hard time picturing yourself at goal??

Some of us haven't been at our goal weight as adults...so it makes for difficult motivational visualization.

Note: These are not "ideal"-- just normal people. Check this out...

It's basically a bunch of pictures of real people at real weights...no telling if they have the same body type as yours, but it's fun and worth a look!

Thanks, Macresco. Yes, it is interesting to look. I can imagine myself at that weight and size.

Started 11/1/08. Lowest weight reached 63.8 kgs on 10/11/08 and 40 kgs down. Thank you Dr Cohen.
Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time.
My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight.

Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).

Very interesting. Part of losing weight is getting your head around the fact that you are not as you were.....Possum

Hi All,

I was just looking for a recipe and came across this thread that I thought i would "Bump". I was excited as this is something I had been thinking for the past couple of days. some of the photos are out of whack but its a good guide.
