Geelong Sporting Team
Just wondering if anyone is interested in being part of a Cohens sports team??? I haven't been in a sports team for years and am craving the social setting. I feel that after losing 20kg's on Cohens I could be up for a game once a week of something..... Any sporting ideas are welcomed and I will then look into times and places. Please add to the thread if your interested Robyn |

hi guys are far as i know exercise isnt allowed on cohens as it can change everything when i comes to losing weight, when i joined i was advised not to continue with my gym membership as exercise should only be a gentle to moderate walk as it messes up your hormones and you dont lose weight. so see your clinic first before you start anything physical. the best way to see how you will go is try mowing the lawn and see how you feel after you have done that, as you can get quite light headed if to exerted

Not me. I've always been hopeless at any type of sport. I'll come and cheer you at the grand final.

Started 11/1/08. Lowest weight reached 63.8 kgs on 10/11/08 and 40 kgs down. Thank you Dr Cohen.
Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time. My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight. Thanx Jacin, but we are talking a once a week sport and it may not be a full on one.
Some of our lovely Cohenites do several work outs a week. It's more for the social interaction and fun really.
