I have just pinched this title off a little news letter that I get dailey and I am starting this post to share this link to Shelly Taylor Smiths web site - She is a motivational speaker etc - but the main reason is that she produces a little newsletter and for those that sometimes need a written kick along it might be worth subscribing at the web site to the free newsletter - I get oneand they are very adaptable to each situation. And as we are all heading for a goal lots of her little blurbs make sense and are very applicable to each of us on this forum.

Just want to bump this up - the Shelly Taylor Smith site - She has a great little survey and as a reward you will get an excellent reward - a great motivational download to listen to on your computer. It specifically talks about loosing weight - if any one has problems P/M and I'll try and help you. Be quick it may not stay up for long when the general public rush it !!!!!
