Default WHO DARES WINS - 5kg RACE TO GET THERE FIRST !

OK - Pandora here, and i suggested with Fotohijinx that we have a sprint to drop the last 5kg or so as she and i are almost the same weight with the exact same goal in mind. We intend to include Connie (f she agrees) as she has already been been sparring with Irene.

Starts today,

i am at 57kg so 5kg OFF takes me to 52kg
Irene's 59.8kg so 5kg OFF takes her to 54.8kg (within cohen range)
Connie 68.7kg so 5kg OFF takes her to 63.7kg (2.7kg to refeed)

Anyone else arounf 5kg to go?

Pandora (still feeling the effects of detox now back to 100% - plus caffeine withdrawal as i am now on decaf and zero wine - feel tired must be all the toxins! - time for more water ! )

Well I'm off to a good start - already dropping 700gms yesterday to now be at 59.1kgs.

So I've only got 4.3kgs to reach this new mini goal of 54.8.

Today (Sunday) I'm holding steady at 59.1kgs.

cheers
Irene

Well i reckon as soon as i put my hand up for a challenge, invent one like this even, i somehow inexplicably fall off the wagon even when i am rock hard solid sure i wont!

Went to my favorite cousins house for lunch and dinner yesterday (she is scottish too!) and got cohen amnesia, had a few wines and a handful of kettle chips! All the rest of my eating was COHEN but i am back UP on the scales so, unlike you other 3 challengers on here with the scales going DOWN - mine just went up! So now I have 5.3kg to lose! OH WELL! Lets see what today brings!

Tomorrow bck to the clinic but i am now only 1kg down for the week - not such a good effort on my part!

I dropped 300gms overnight to now be at 58.8kgs.

So I've only got 4 kgs to reach this new mini goal of 54.8.

Cheers
Irene

Ah, Pandora, when I started you were such an inspiration to me. Just as well I'm not using you as a role model now.

Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).

Default Time To Hang Up My Ticker ?

Now hold on a minute there A.J. - i am still only 22.5 BMI and at the top end of my cohen goal range since getting to my goal on 1st Nov 07 - so 7 months on - surely that is still a WEE bit inspirational! Not everyone can claim that success!

In fact, i am thinking maybe its time for me to follow in Sexy Hexi's footsteps and ditch that godamn ticker
and accept i am already a success,
i am already slim enough
and i actually love how i look so what the?? am i doing with my unrealistic goal setting!

Go on, A.J. why not encourage me to love myself just as i am, 54 years old on my birthday, with 22.5 BMI and 23% body fat! Not bad for old girl heh!

Thanks for always checking in on me A.J. You are a true inspiration to all! Pandora

Yes, Pandora, you are still an inspiration to me. I think you've done incredibly well to keep close to your goal weight. It's just that it's so unusual to see you being the one to have the deviations. I'm sorry, but it makes me laugh a bit as I read it.

Well i have been quiet watching all of you sprint ahead. I was 300grams down yesterday and another 500grams down today - total 800g in past 2 days

but since i went UP 300grams to 5.3kg to go, this takes me to 4.5kg to go. I am feeling a wee bit subdued, must be all the toxins from my wine withdrawal this past few days after a bit of a weekend! I know i must focus on what is possible, focus on the future and close the door on the past, lets see what tomorrow brings?

Lets see, its now DAY 4 and we have
4.5kg to go = ME
4.4kg to go = Connie
4.3kg to go = Butterfly Girl
4.0kg to go = Irene

So Irene is STREAKING ahead - but there is always tomorrow! Woohoo!

Yes the broomstick suits after all Hexi means 'little witch' in German...it's one of those 'fond' sort of childhood names and was my nickname as a kid
