Easy chicken and mushroom soup

Recipe Description

A beautiful creamy mushroom soup with chicken in just a few steps 

Ingredients:

Chicken (Allowance)
Mushrooms (2/3 Allowance)
Zucchini (1/3 Allowance)
Salt & Pepper
Chilli flakes (optional)
Water 

Preparation Steps:

Dice chicken into small pieces
Cut mushrooms and Zucchini into cubes 

Level of Difficulty:

Easy 

Time Needed:

15 mins 

Serves:

Big 

Instructions:

Place half the Chicken along with the mushrooms and zucchini into a small pot with about 1 and a half cups of water.
Boil together for about 10 mins.
Blitz or blend the mushroom mix and return to pot Season with salt and pepper and add chilli if desired.
Add the remainder of chicken and bring back to boil and simmer for 5mins or until chicken is cooked.
Serve and ENJOY with cracker allowance

May not look gourmet but tastes yummy!!!

I was experimenting today and came up with this easy one it may look weird but gosh did it taste good my bf even tasted it for me (to check seasoning) and he said it was yum !!!
