Cohens after babies

Hi every one i know that i have written something like this before but a long time ago. I was just wondering if any one had done cohens then had a baby then done it again and wondering how much weight you put on and how long it took to lose it.

I know my sister in law did this 3 months after having a baby and in 3 months she had lost over 20 kg and looked skinnier than she ever did.

As most people know i dont have kids yet i am 33 but am planning to get pregnant at the end of next year maybe but i will be starting 13 kg lighter than what i was so that is good by itself. I am hoping to be able to do this after and get back down to what i am now.
I am not worried about losing the weight just my tummy getting big.

Any help from any one would be good.

Hi AnnieM, Jo from "Jo's Diary" is a Cohen's graduate and she's pregnant and apparantly doing really well, following the Cohen's principles. I think Koh has met her (according to her diary). Maybe you could pm her.

I thought this was a good topic, as I will be trying for a baby in June of next year. My hubby and I were trying since July of last year and I was just going to lose my weight after, but I decided that I wanted to be a cute pregnant girl. Not a fat slobby one. I found out that I had to get my ruebella shot again to and you can't fall pregnant for 3 months. And you can't get pregnant on this. Anyway I'm curious to see how people have gone after cohens and if they kept the weight off after the birth.

I have written about this before but no one replies so i am not sure i think we will have to personal message each other and help each other along. We started about the same weight on this and have similar goal ranges. I want to be a cute mum too not a frumpy one. It is a bit scary after losing all the weight to know that it will come off after but hopefully it will. I am 33 how old are you???? We will have to keep each other up to date.
