My adventure started 179 days ago. 5 days to go until I reach my first goal of completing six months of cohens without a deviation from my eating plan. I am feeling stronger in the mind and looking forward to seeing what my body can do physically.
I started at 111kg today, I am 71kg. 40 kgs down. My refeed has been ordered and I look forward to entering the next phase.
