Hi,
I have lost 34kgs and I'm feeling good...but I was wondering when does the energy level starting jumping!

I think that with everyone it is different and depends on how much you have to loose. I have found that I am getting less tired throughout the day but I am not so full of energy that I want to do lots of exersise. You have to remember that you are only fueling your body with enough energy to get through the day so it is natural to feel a bit lazy.

I had a heap of energy for the first 5 to 6 weeks but it has tapered a bit - but as the weight comes off I am finding that I can do a lot more things easily as compared to say 12 weeks ago - like I had to lean on the wall to put a sock on - and I had to knell down to pick something up if I dropped it and I was way off balance - all of a sudden I can do so much more with out the fear of falling - physically and metaphorically. I had a fear my weight would topple me from the top of my job and life !!!!!!!

The energy has no levelled in comparison to my output - and things are easer to do so I get more done.

Lazy I still am - that is a lifelong habit and will be harder to beat than weight loss !!!!! or you can than look at it as your motivation level - if you want it it bad enough you will get it - lazy or not. I don't think you would be too lazy really if you are taking the time to do this Cohen's Lifestyle Program - weighing and planning your day through it to achieve the great results that you have so far Helen.!!!!!!!!!

I couldn't have whipped my way out of a wet paper bag 2 weeks into the diet. But now look out. I still get tired by the end of the day after working outside most of it but I have lots more energy and need less sleep.
