In your first 10 days you should eat your total allowance, after that you can drop it down. If you can't fit all 7 in after 10 days, use them to crumb your chicken and steak, tastes yummy. I was only allowed 5 so usually had them with my meals but occasionally as a snack.

I still eat all my crackers and fruit. On your program is the weight of each cracker so you can weigh them to make sure you get the right amount.
