Default Accidental Refeed Deviation

I was having lunch when my tupperware of food fell on the floor. Was halfway done. What do I do? I'm far from home, no kitchen around. What do i do??

I knocked the food off the table & it fell all over the floor. I feel so stupid. I cant reach my consultant! Help please

If I were you I would try and guess how much you spilt and measure it out and eat it now.

I kind of did the same thing. The vege puree I made was gross, I ate some and threw it out. I had to guess how much I had eaten and then eat the rest in other veges.

Relax and don't stress. It shouldn't do too much! Accidents happen!

I shouldn't have. And I've been deviating a lot. My weight doesn't creep up, thankfully because I keep it under control. But I am afraid refeed wouldn't work because of all those deviations.
