Yoghurt: Yoghurt, Kiwi Fruit and Meusli
NYF Cohen's Recipe Main Protein Yoghurt Recipe Name: Yoghurt, Kiwi Fruit and Meusli Recipe Description Yummy, crunchy, a meal in a bowl Ingredients Yoghurt
Kiwi Fruit
Ryvita crispbread Instructions Kiwi Fruit: Scrub / rub 'n' wash Kiwi Fruit under running water, dry on paper towel or clean tea towel.
DO NOT PEEL KIWI FRUIT, you will appreciate the roughage!
Top & tail Fruit, run through lengthwise with a sharp knife then roughly chop fruit. Weigh into bowl
Yoghurt: Allowance of Yoghurt spooned over the Fruit
Ryvita: Crumble crispbread over the Yoghurt .... lovely and crunchy and really adds a zing to the meal.
This is a good way of introducing variety into the crispbread menu without getting dry Ryvita stuck in your teeth!
It is also very yummy and starts the day off with a more complete meal than just yoghurt and fruit.
Meusli? Sure, you can have the rest of the ingredients when you are in Maintenance!
