Chutney Chicken
Recipe DescriptionA tangy chicken and vegetable dish with a thick gravy. Ingredients:Chicken mince (allowance)
Red onion
Tomato (about 1/4)
Vegetables (I used zucchini, squash, mushroom and cabbage)
Balsamic vinegar
Water
Garlic granules
Ginger powder
Parsley
Rosemary
Coriander
Mayonnaise (allowance)
1 Crispbread
Sweetner Preparation Steps:Chop all the vegetables into cubes
Crush crispbread Level of Difficulty:Easy Time Needed:10 minutes Serves:1 Instructions:Fry onion and garlic.
Place vegetables in a bowl and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.
Add water until all vegetables are almost covered.
Add Ginger Powder to the chicken, mix thoroughly, and add to the onion and garlic until cooked.
Add vegetables with the liquid and cook for about 3 minutes, adding a pinch of each rosemary, parsley, coriander salt and pepper and sweetner.
Add crispbread and mayonnaise allowance and stir thoroughly until sauce turns thick like gravy.
