Anyone have recipe to make Cohens Biltong? I'm sure I saw it somewhere, but cannot for the life of me find it

Week 4: 09 - 15 Feb 2015 - Less 1 kg (113.5 kgs)
Week 5 & 6: 15 Feb - 01 Mrch 2015 - Less 1 kg (112.5 kgs)
