what a good way to cook spinach and cabbage or onions i not really like them and what can i put on it to make them taste nice
any ideas would be nice |

ooH i love adding some finely shredded cabbage, spring onions and spinach with some mushrooms and green capsicum to stirfry with my beef or chicken, I add some garlic, coriander and cumin maybe some chilli. if it is not softening enough a splash of water to the pan! scrummo
sometimes a splas of balsamic vinegar while frying |

just little oil garlic salt and cumin. And it tastes absolutely brilliant. Why add all the extra fats and stuff?!
