will the refeed program still work??
i have recently (passed 2 months) gained 5 kgs due to exam stress..
however on my refeed prgram it says that if u gain more than 4kgs than the program (as well as refeed) is no longer valid and u have to go for new blood tests. so what i was wondering and planning on doing was: go back on the cohen program til i reeach goal and then do refeed again? Do u think that's possible? has anyone here picked up more than 4kg and done refeed again without any probs? thanx take care all
