I got this book from the library yesterday and have nearly finished it! Wonderful stuff and some good pointers on living on maintenance...

Hi Hexi
I have just read it too, a good read, like you got it from the library and will photocopy a couple of her recipes. My daughter told me theres one entitled 'Japanese Women dont get fat' and thats good reading too. I also read a book written by the lady who hosts The Biggest Loser, (has a cupcake on the cover,) found it rather good regarding the physcological side of eating. |

Hi guys
great book. I talked and raved about it in my initial diaries in September or so. Gret recipes, too. All in moderation, really. War against the 'supersize me' attitude. I love it. Sit down, enjoy, don't stress. Having said that: the French have now got a huge problem, too. Lots of young people prefer Maccers! No home dinners anymore. Binge drinking. But if you follow what she says, it's so similar to maintenance. Don't start drinking before the meal starts, eat yogurt. Have small coffees with little milk. Don't fill up on bread while waiting for the mains. I love the champagne chicken recipe! Katrin |
