HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone!
As I am leaving for Perth today I thought I would get it and say I hope you ALL have a safe and Happy New Year! My 2008 be all that you hope and dream it can be!  Happy New Year to all on the forum and their friends and families. No New Years resolution here just determination to get back to where I want to be (60kg).  Keep your goals in sight and this time next year you'll be achieving all those dreams you're looking forward to.  Lauren

Happy New Year Everyone.
I am just going to get this last 12 lbs off as fast as I can. So then I can deciede if I go lower than the good Dr's high goal or start refeed there. pudge
