Winter challenge
I have to survive this winter so i need a challenge to loose my last 20 kg's....
As it will be spring the first of September we will run the challenge until 31 August. I hope to have some takers to do it with me. I'll do a weekly update of the losses to see how we go keeping the eye on the prize(our personal goals). For me it will be to be busy of finished with refeed. I have started something like this before so here we go |

Ooh love the idea of a Winter Challenge!!
So, that's about 15 weeks for the challenge. Hmm, I would like to lose... Um... 16 kilos. 16 is my lucky number and I don't want to go to high, so 16 it is!! I am 93.6 right now, but have a weigh in tomorrow, so I will use tomorrows' weigh in as my start weight and check in on here on Wednesdays! Depending what I lose tomorrow, my personal goal for this challenge should be about 77!! Oooh that's be awesome to be in the 70's!!! Bring it win!! Winter is soooo tempting to overeat!! Great idea for a challenge, RG!!

Hi!
Checking in! I forgot to check in yesterday and the Wednesday before (which was my start date)... Winter Challenge Start Weight: 92.6 (15th May) Goal: 16 kilos! Week 1: 92 (.6 kilos lost- 15.4 to go!) ** I think it's about a 15 week challenge (until 31st August)

MoST awesome idea! I need another big goal. Ihave been off the bus, the last wee while but back on now. I havent weighed as I havent wanted to totally depress myself. I wante dto give myself a full week on plan before I weighed again. SO when Ive weighed I will pop it in but I will be also wanting to get into the 70's which will be about 16 or more kg I think. Will be back to cement in the details.

I was just going on off some crazy tangent in the waterwise section with the lovely Michie... and it dawned on me, we need a ribbon for this challenge!!!!! Of course getting to reach your goal is incentive enough... But who wouldn't fancy a cute icon?! Imagine a cute little snowflake or some other winter themed icon?? Or we could just go a normal ribbon? Let me know what you think. I can ask Baloo- the challenge ribbon master- what he thinks he can do for us!!!

Yeap I think I could be in for this one as well to keep me focused and on track through the winter. 15 weeks.... hmmmm I will go for 20 kilos based on my losses to date...
Monday is my weigh in day so I will pop in on Monday's to do an update

OMG! I just realised that with my 20 kilo goal - that will bring me to a whopping 49 kilos lost and in the 80's!! How exciting!!!!

I just started last week but you are welcome to jump in whenever we have a official finished date ..... A weekly weight update just to stay accountable for the winter as i do struggle a little bit keeping on the straight and narrow .... So pick your goal and jump aboard

I am in hoping for 20kg will use my last weighin weight which was 105.5 as of Tuesday so I am aiming for 85.5kg on the 31st of August

Well Ill start from now then Start date Sat 18 may 92.1 kg Im so tempted to make it comfortable and say 15 but If I say 17 it will get me to 75 which is a huge milestone weight for me!!!! |

Start date 20 May 2013 - 107.4 kilos! I am going to change my goal slightly and make it 15 kilos for the challenge as I want it to be achievable without being to challenging if that makes sense...

I'm in, what a great idea.
So I weighed in today at 84.4 kg's I am aiming for 20 kg's loss .... this will get me to re feed Can't believe writing that down seams surreal writing about getting to re feed already lol Rebecca |

WOW greAt goals ladies keep it up keep warm ......looking forward to our skinny spring bodies we will emerge as butterflies in the spring.....i just got an idea to look for the prettiest spring dress i ever owned maybe treat myself for a spring glamour shoot maybe a bit of a makeover .....

Hey I would like to join too. Never done a challenge before. I would like to aim for a 17kg loss That would bring me to 73.9kg and 6kg from reefed. WOW. That would be awesome. Lets do this xx

I would like to join too! I'd like to be at my goal of 70kgs, but whether I keep going down, I will reassess then So from my start weight on Saturday it's 15.7kgs to go
