splitting food
i just got my refeed and i am writing out meal plans so i dont get confused. i was wondering if say i have 60g of cheese can i spilt that and have 30 ontop of my chicken and 30 on crackers.

You can do different things with the cheese within the one meal, Sassy. However, you can't put cheese on chicken until you get to be able to mix proteins, probably somewhere around the end of the first week. Prior to that, melted cheese on vegetables, followed by cheese on CBs would be acceptable.

Remember you can't increase cheese or Yoghurt though!
