Help FISH
hey guys,
ive had a wee look around but couldnt find anything.... just wondering what fish you all eat? i brought some tahkiki? today as im sure i read on the forum somewhere it was ok.... also how do you all cook it all? |

Thank you BIG help i have emailed clinic as well.
I ended up cooking up the Tarakihi for lunch YUM! going to get some more, abit over meat so yay..... and actualyl big portion than i thought it was going to be. Will have to look for some receipes now. |

Talking about Fish, I love my fish, usually snapper (NZ) like this. Save 2 crackers for dinner, I use Vitawheat, grind them up into crumbs and wet the fish and stick the ground up crackers to your fish and it's like crumbing but actually nicer. Add seasoning, herbs etc to them. You actually have to push them into the fish to make them stick but that's ok. Enjoy.
