Default Daily news

i had my weigh in on monday and came in at 88.1kg. I was hoping to be around 87kg. and well, well, well, (three holes in the ground!) i got on the scales this morning (Wednesday) and i'm now at 87.3!!!!
am off to New Zealand in one week, so that will be a bit of a challenge to stay on the straight and narrow, but i know i will do it cause i want this fat to dissapear as quickly as possible and any deviation may slow that process down!
My other half and i were talking about it last night and he said "imagine how cool it'll be when you reach 70 something kg! you'll look amazing :!: "
He is starting to accept that my ideal weight is 57-60 and that it is achievable, where as when i started every one was shocked that i needed to lose that much weight (43-46kg)
This program is fantastic. i have heaps of energy, am not hungry and my skin looks fantastic.
I found that taking omega 3's & 6's has helped heaps with the dryness of my skin, and all is well, rosy and really healthy!
Have a wonderful day everyone

Hey Brie!!!

GREAT to see you registered!!!

New Zealand, hey!? you lucky thing!!! I have a couple of NZ guide books in anticipation of a trip I'll never take Rolling Eyes, if you want to borrow them, just say the word.

I hit -50 this week!!! I'm thrilled!!! It's a good thing. I'm now officially on the downhill run!

I can't imagine being only 87kg! It's just unfathomable! My goal is supposed to be 75, but I can't come at that, it just seems too small, so I'm going to get to 85 and then set a final goal. See how I feel then...

asy Very Happy

ooh, THANKS!!!

Must admit, I currently weigh 115kg and I feel magic.

I know that's funny to those of you who STARTED under 100kg! But imagine weighing 166kg. It's astonishing.

My daughter weighs 52kg and I've almost lost her entirely. It's unfathomable.. And seeing as I'm only just over half way, I'm so thrilled!

Congratulations and well done asy . 50kg is such a magic figure, can hardly wait to see the kg loss when that court case comes around. That'll wipe a few smiles off.

Default 50 Kilos! Wow!

Hello Asy

Losing 50 kilos in this short space of time is nothing short of amazing.

I, too, am having trouble imagining it.

I remember the shock when I was told that I had 25 kilos to lose. Wow, but it seemed an impossible task. How would that happen? How could I lose 25 kilos when the scales were 'stuck' on 85 kilos?

Now, the scales are 'stuck' on 60 kilos. God Bless Dr Cohen. His program is a miracle.

Asy, you are now where Heavenlylamb started! You will reach 75 kilos and even less - remember that the end weight is a stable weight, so don't throw the hawser rope too soon!

Well done - keep going!

Regards

Kristine

thanks HEAPS Kristine!

I'm really thrilled with the loss. I'll be happy when the 'toning' sets in too..

Only another 40kg to go! Not much now, the end is in sight and I'm really happy.
