Default Cauliflower and tofu masala

Cauliflower and tofu masala


Recipe Description
A spicy mix of cauliflower and tofu that perks you up when you are getting bored with the regular stuff 
Ingredients:
Cauliflower
Onion
Red chilli
Tofu
Salt
Garam masala (or any Indian curry powder) 
Preparation Steps:
Cut the cauliflower into florets, and the onion into long strips. The chilli should be chopped into small pieces, and the tofu into small cubes 
Level of Difficulty:
Easy 
Time Needed:
15 minutes 
Serves:
Any number- adjust quantities accordingly 
Instructions:
Spray the wok with oil
Add the onion and chilli and stir fry for a little while, till the onions start browning a little
Add the cauliflower, salt and garam masala
Stir to mix, then add a little water
Cover and let simmer till the water has evaporated
Add the tofu and stir for a while
