I saw it alright and it scared the bejesus out of me!! I was so happy that I have decided to do Cohens and sort myself out. I also started thinking about my dad and even my hubby as they are both overweight and have tummy's - my dad's is HUGE. It was sad to think that he probably looks like that on the inside as well.

I called him first thing this morning to see if he saw the program but he didn't - I hope they have an encore showing because I would like him to see it for himself. I did our grocery shop last night and the only treat I bought for my kids was little packets of tiny teddies, they've been eating way to much junk since on hols and it's stopping NOW.

Talk about a wake up call!!

I watched it. I think it was definiely designed to shock and scare watchers. It was interesting to see that the composition of our food has apparently changed over the years. This was of course an english show, though we are probably the same. Apparently there is a lot more sugar put in foods egs kelloggs special K has a huge amount more sugar, sousages are now only 30% meat, they used to be 70%, lots of fat! The messages was very much one of going back to the natural foods, which is what the cohen program is, so basically your all on the right track!
