Just wishing everyone a great start to 2009!
I hope that all of the motivation and determination you have started with in 2008 continues with you into 2009 and you find the wonderful thin person hiding inside you all! Thankyou to every person who has helped me to get to where I am now for the support, tolerence and caring you have shown to me and everyone who came after me.  Thanks also to the lovely Asy for providing us with the forum where we can support and help our fellow Cohenites on what can be a tough and mind boggling journey to health and wellness. I for one would not have been near as sucessful without this avenue of support.  Take care and I hope you have a happy, healthy prosperous and above all safe New Year! 2009 Contract It wasnt a very hard decision to make... So try not to screw it up!!! My Wish for You in 2009 May peace break into your home and may thieves come to steal your debts. May the pockets of your jeans become a magnet for $100 bills. May love stick to your face like Vaseline and may laughter assault your lips! May happiness slap you across the face and may your tears be that of joy May the problems you had, forget your home address! In simple words ............ May 2009 be the best year of your life!!! Started 11/1/08. Lowest weight reached 63.8 kgs on 10/11/08 and 40 kgs down. Thank you Dr Cohen. Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time. My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight. What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/ Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).
