My favorite Fat Burning and oh so refreshing Green smoothie recipe:
Green Apple 1 Medium Cucumber 1 Medium Carrot 1 Medium Handful of Spinach Yogurt 2 tbsp Brown Sugar 2 tbsp And lots of Ice. Blend it well and lose up to 2 kgs in a month, but physical activity is must. |

Carrot - 1 pc.
Apples - 1 pc. Orange - 2 pcs. Flax seeds - 1 tbsp. a spoon Pour squeezed juice with orange pulp into the mixer bowl, send chopped carrots and an apple there, add half a spoonful of flax seeds.
