Looking for a BUDDY!
I thought it would be good to find other people who need to lose between 15-18kg so we can support one another on our weight loss journeys.... be weightloss buddies!!!
If there is a forum where this may already be happening I would love the link! If your interested we will use this thread as a basis.

i think you will find that your diary will do this job
if you look around at other peoples diaries and identify a few who are similar to yourself otherwise- check out the challenges sprints and comps thread
