Refeed soon
I am now at 49.1 and my goal weight given was 44-47. So I am on the Upper goal weight and already have my refeed program with me now.
My contract will expiry in few days. My question is: 1. Do I need to extend my contract? 2. Should I start now for the refeed and i was hungry and was deviating on crackers to keep me going apart from that I have been following it correctly .so Should I really be on 100% before the refeed start? 3. what is ur best tips on refeed? I am a bit confused on how to start and I am still trying to be in touch with my consultant but havent get any respond back yet. ANy helps and tips would be appreciated. |

Talk to your clinic about the extension but if your only a few weeks off refeed they will or should look after you.
Don't eat the extra crackers....... as that will make you hungry. Instead, focus and refocus and refocus on your dream goal weight....... Trust me I have been doing Cohens on and off for 11 years and whilst it is so easy to deviate ..... its a mind thing and it commences a slippery slope mind wise ..." I can eat a couple of extra and it won't matter ....but it does because you're slipping back into using the food as a crutch. Get busy, change what you are doing, clean your teeth, go for a walk, ground yourself, read a book,take a long shower or bath, walk bare foot in the sand .....think of your goals and desires and and resolve to not eat the biscuits, have a big drink of water ...do anything BUT DONT EAT THE BISCUITS !!!!

I am still trying to be clear for 7 days before I start so havent started the refeed yet. will be there soon
