Others - taken !!
I always have taken High Strength Olive Leaf Extract (olea europaea) prior to Cohens Plan - back to the liquid form since completing plan - and fiber tablets and Coloxyl with senna as needed from time to time.

I also take Caltrate Calcium supplement to boost my calcium intake even though I take a multivitamin which has calcium in it.

I also take a brilliant Omega 3-6-9 Oil 1g capsule once a day - Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend. As a person with a fish/seafood allergy, I am not getting much of the Omegas that occur in fish and this product has had a remarkable effect on my skin.
