4 week TRIPLE Threat! Ribbon Challenge!!!
Hey Guys...
Just wanted to see if anyone was in for a Triple Threat challenge?! 4 weeks= 5 kilos, DF, and your water goal is achieved. Who is in?! I will weigh in and start tomorrow. You pick your day from now till next Monday and the challenge will finish 4 weeks from your start day. I am starting this now, as all the ribbons from previous challenges were doled out by Baloo... So I figure we need more!! I am addicted to getting ribbons!!!

you have to be deviation free, and drink your water goal! 2-3L... Whatever is your usual amount!!
Ribbons are such fun!!! haha. I am a dag and a half! So whatever day you choose between now and next Monday is your start day. You enter your start weight... and then the week after you say "Abby's start weight: xxkgs week 1: xxkgs, (lost xkgs x to go)" Easy peasy!

Hi sexy kittens, love the idea for triple threat...what a riot!
Yes I'd love a wee ribbon too!! I need a booster, had unexpected outing on Saturday and ended up with fish and chips!!! Although I did opt for crumbed fish and had hardly any chips but yuck...felt so bleurch and then felt like I stuffed up so the next day (still feeling guilty) had a croissant with jam, toasted muesli and yoghurt for breakfast and then half a bag of soft eating licorice (mother's day gift over the next 2 days)! I'm a total freak! So I'm in, love to drop 5! Think I need to adjourn from No weigh May...not watching the scales makes me a bit lenient me thinks! But I'm in for a triple threat...I think people at work are starting to notice my puffiness..esp in my face from the weekend, gasp! Oh and I'm being so crap at tricking myself into thinking I'll just be no carb, but I am still not exercising, so that isn't helping with that issue. I think for winter I will have to be total no carb Mon-Thurs and then cycle through last few days refeed for Friday - Sunday. I'm in for this one as I would love a ribbon and need some "pressure" as little things have been slipping up lately. My weigh in day will be next Monday (as weighed in yesterday).

1st goal - 10 kilos lost (done 4/3/13) 2nd goal - 20 kilos lost (done 8/4/13) 3rd goal - 30 kilos lost (done 20/5/13) 4th goal - 1/2 way through my journey - 35 kilos gone! (done 10/6/13) 5th goal - 40 kilos lost and into the 90's! (done 8/7/13) 6th goal - 50 kilos gone and in the 80's! (done 28/8/13) 7th goal - 60 kilos lost and into the 70's!! (done 13/11/13) 8th goal 70 kilos gone and in the 60's!!! Bring on refeed I say.... |

ooohhh I want to join, but i can't weigh myself! i am only doing that on my end of the 4 week weigh in! lil_doll, since i ahve been DF and have been drinking at least my 2L since start date, can i use that date? i am currently on day 16... otherwise, i will haev to wait for the next challenge

Im joining! I dont plan to deviate or go down in water so this should be in theory do able. Oh lawdy if i fail 5kg i will cry
I was 89.9 on Monday so ill take down my number tomorrow morning at home

This sounds great, "I'm in" Starting 15th May. This morning I weighed in at 85.7 kg's ...... now start fretting for the 5 kg loss

Lil-doll, what if I am saving weighing myself? I can't know my start weight, unless I use my start weight for the program and end my challenge when I do my 1 month weigh in... I am DF and have taken all my water since I started! Can I still join?

My start date was the 14/05 @105.5kg lets hope my loss is at least 5.5kg to make it into double digits
