I'm in! I'll aim for a 10 to 15 lb loss each month. I've been in the 10% of folks who lose just about 7 kgs due to lack of sleep at HGH-optimum hours. This is my deviation-free period results, btw.
Re-started deviation-free today, at 109kg. Goal by end of May: 30 lbs lost |

Re: Autumn challenge
Hi everyone
I am also joining up. For now I dont know how much I would like to lose by the end of May as I need to 1st see what my body is prepared to let go - will wait for my unofficial 1st week weigh in next week Tuesday morning. In the meantime my goal for this week ending Monday 24th is to be deviation free. On my 1st day and already a friend has offered to take me to lunch at Nandos tomorrow - I replied "no thank you *smile*, let's do coffee instead *smile* I also find that I am thinking about food all the time, and watching the clock like a hawk... it is not like I am super hungry but the habit of a bigger portion of no-good-food for breakfast and the choice to snack on no-good-snacks makes me feel like I am losing out. But thankfully, I am just thinking of food, not actually eating it. |

Go, go, go ladies!!! Hi HW, keep checking back here to keep yourself accountable. We are here to support and keep ourselves in check. I have a major sweet tooth, but chromium picolinate is keeping that at bay! Coffee also seems to help me a lot. Initially, i was counting my meal time to the minute but it passes after awhile. I drink more water in between meals and it gets me through.
My "hunger", i realize are cravings and not really hunger. I know it cause i feel them immediately rather than gradually which is how our body tells us we're hungry. Observe how your body reacts and functions and keep note! Beat of luck to us all!!! |

Re: Autumn challenge
HW.. great job! "No thank you." *smile* makes all the difference on being DV free (in most times)

Re: Autumn challenge
Hey hey. I'm still here, I don't like to weigh every week, so if it's ok I'll just post my weight every month?
Feeling like cr@p, have got my baby's cold now, and just want to sleep, impossible! I've decided tomorrow is a pj day, I'm not leaving the house and whenever she sleeps, I'm sleeping too! |
