yep ,

I have spoken to the clinic for an hour this morning and we decided to order my refeed. So I am going to start refeed on Thursday.

I spoke to my Doctor and he thinks my breasts and my excess stomach skin are about 3kg in weight (approx) and he said to remember that all up I have lost over 50kg from my heaviest, and 40kg in the last 4 years, and I have been on a diet for 4 years and he thinks I need to get used to how I am now and see if I am OK with it, so I am happy with that for now.

I have an appointment with my plastic surgeon in October so if he says different I will go back on the plan then.

Connie

Congrats Connie

How fricken awesome - this is the FUN part!

I am really interested in your info from the plastic surgeon - how much will it cost and do you have private health insurance? Like you I had caesars and still have the floppy bit just in the middle....

Hi guys,

Thanks for dropping in everyone and the wishes. I have been torn as to whether I should have tried to go on, but I was really hungry last night again and woke hungry today.

Now .... my refeed is on it's way to me, But Sharon had told me to add some specific amounts of protein and vegies to my meals yesterday and today and it turns out she guessed right so I am actually already on day 2 of redeed.

So yesterday was add old protein and old veg.

Today add old protein and old veg and 1 good fruit ...... I am so torn between blueberries and pineapple .... I have to go to the store anyway will see what grabs me when I get there.

Bread tomorrow if I want it ...... hmmmmm

Cya all later on .....

Ohh and SMS mine is 20 days

Refeed day 17

Weight: 63.6kg -0.1

Breakfast: Yoghurt and apple (of course)
Morning tea: banana and crackers
Lunch: Tuna and salmon and salad and 1 slice buttered bread
Afternoon tea: Pear and Scotch finger bikkie
Dinner: Steak and pork stir fry with mixed old and new veg and rice
Supper: apple and crackers

down another .1 today ............not suprising it was a small one, as I had a stressful evening and didn't get to sleep until 2am and got up again at 6 ..... so I am a wee bit tired today.

Had my blood tests for PCOS and Cholesterol so am looking forward to seeing how they go.

Day 17 of 20 for me and today I get a scotch finger biscuit hehehe

You know I am loving this phase of the plan ..... I get up each day feeling fantastic and just loving this new skin I am in!

AJ - I know .. it's just terrible ... but someone has to do it!

janine - yep we are on the home stretch now girl.

Louise - yep I am loving it.

Hexi - yep so close I can smell it.

Vaughans - thanks for dropping in - just follow the plan and it will all happen for you

have a great day!

Connie

I've stopped reading what people are eating on refeed, Connie. Just makes me hungry and envious. I skip down past that bit.

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time.
My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight.
What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/
Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).
