Excel Weight Loss Spreadsheet
Found a pretty good set of excel spreadsheets to help you track your weight loss. The zip file has daily, weekly and monthly spreadsheets to choose from.
http://www.glowingtubes.com/p/Excel_Weight_Tracker.htm Trying to make a version of it that includes a food diary of sorts... EDIT: Was able to edit the version from the link above. Let me know if you want a copy, I'll email it to you

Re: Excel Weight Loss Spreadsheet
There is also a link on my original chart of the one that baloo & I created back in '07~08 when we were on the programme. If you have excel knowledge, just download it, unprotect it and play with it. Gives just about all you can ask for. Link to my original below in my signature. The gray button link is at the bottom on the right side.

Re: Excel Weight Loss Spreadsheet
I have done a bit of a revamp on the weightloss_record spreadsheet over the weekend. It is now more user friendly setting it up and dealing with the calendar bits. Give it a try. I like it much better than before. Visually there is no changes but formula wise there is considerable work having been done.
Remember: Nothing tastes as good as THIN feels! sms

Re: Excel Weight Loss Spreadsheet
Well, baloo's original was nice, but I saw a few refinements when I started using it, so I revamped it. And as things usually happen, I kept seeing more and more refinement, additional and possibilities that it became like a piece of Microsoft Bloatware! But with the latest revamp, I like how it works with minimal imput now. Had I ever bothered to learn VB/Macros I'd really have a ball.
