Just wondering.....might it easy to get in touch with the forum while on the move.

I look and update mine on my iphone all the time - just using Safari and setting a page up - just refresh when I go in. No app but it works perfect.

Day 1 (Again) Tuesday 3rd May 2011...

Goal 1 - 10kgs Gone, Goal 2 - 15kgs Gone, Goal 3 - 20kgs Gone, Goal 4 - Refeed and Finish!!!

Previously lost - 25kgs on Cohens 2010 No gain just maintain... Now to lose last 20kgs!!!

I didn't know Cohen's advocated iPhones.

Cohen's seems to pratical and logical to do that though. Weight Watchers would be the dieting equivilent of an iPhone. It must be good because everyone has heard about it and you know at least one person who has been on it/owns one.
