4 week challenge (4 April - 3 May)
Hi there,
I am starting Cohens on Monday 4 April so thought it would be nice to start a Challenge. Anyone want to join in a 4 week challenge? Help keep us newbies on the right track and we'll keep each other motivated/ If you would like to join, just reply to this post and put in your Start Weight (on Monday 4 April) and your Goal). We'll update every Monday. A four week challenge sounds good! I would be keen to be in, it's not just for 'newbies' right? I'll use my weigh-in from today. Little Doll's Starting Weight: 77.5 Goal: get over my 74kg hurdle

I got up early for my breakfast today and weighed myself quickly first, I'm SO happy with my first week result!! It gives me so much motivation to keep going 100% with my plan. How did your week go? Rainbow! Well done!!! That is a great start!!! Onward and downward you go!! I had a FANTASTIC 1st week! I know it's going to slow down a lot from now on, but it was a nice boost to start with. 5kg's in 1 week, love it! Oh, just wanted to add.
The weekend was HARD! Being home with the kids, preparing their food, getting them snacks and treats, went to a party, being bored etc etc. It was really hard for me. It's so much easier during the week at work. |

11/04/2011: 80.0kg 18/04/2011: 79.2kg Would like to get to 75kg but happy to take any loss and this challenge will keep me accountable. Keep up the good work ladies |

How was your week? My week was ok, my weekend was shocking! I nibbled the whole of saturday, without eating any of my meals because I felt guilty! Bad bad!! But Sunday back on track. @Gengi - Well done on a fantastic 29.4kg loss so far! It's now totally down hill for you!! @Rainbow - How did your 2nd week go? Were you affected by the aftershock earthquake this weekend? @lil_doll - How are you doing? Excellent work, I'm impressed! I'm really happy with the results of my second week I've never lost so much weight so quickly! Yay Cohen's!! @ Lizelle; the earthquake was bloody scary but thankfully no damage caused to me or my loved ones. How was your week? I battled this long week-end. deviated a little bit everyday, not a lot, but a little bite here and there, and it obviously made a difference! It's so much easier during the week when I am at work, and I'm only going back to work on Thursday! I must pull myself together! How was everyone's easter? Wow guys you are doing awesome! Unfortunately I only just started cohens yesterday so I can't join in on your 4 week challenge, but please let me know if you do another one, would be much more fun to challenge myself with others!

Hi Onmyway, thanks for popping by, I think we should extend this challenge if you are keen to join. Maybe we should start a new one.
Here's my final update at the end of 4 weeks, i'm really happy with the results, even though I didnt have a good easter, a bit bummed, wonder where I would've been if I didnt deviate a bit... Anyway, I am still beyond thrilled. Start Weight: 98.2kg Goal: Into the 80's * 04/04 - 98.2kg * 11/04 - 93.2kg - 5kgs down! * 18/04 - 91.1kg - 2.1kgs down * 25/04 - 89.9kg - 1.2kgs down * 02/05 - 88.2kg - 1.7kgs down TOTAL LOST: 10kgs on the dot Last edited by Liz20; 03-05-2011 at 03:23. |

I didn't have a chance to update last week so thought I'd do it now Start Weight: 88kg * 04/04 - 88kg * 11/04 - 84.1kg = 3.9kg loss....yay!!! * 18/04 - 81.7kg = 2.4kg loss * 25/04 - 80.0 kg = 1.7kg loss * 02/05 - 78.7 kg = 1.3kg loss TOTAL LOST: 9.3 kg gone forever and ever!!!! I'm so proud of our awesome results, all that fat has just disappeared!! I think maybe we could extend this challenge to 12 weeks & anyone who wants to join could OR we could do a fresh 12 week challenge? Let me know anyone if you want to do this? Take care Rainbow xx |
