Re: ONLY 10ks
I reckon somewhere between 4-6 weeks, maybe shorter. My first month was 7.4 which is pretty slow, but you have a lighter starting weight so my money would be on about 6!!!!

Re: ONLY 10ks
I would allow up to 8 weeks to take into account a 2.5-3 week (on average) refeed.
I read your earlier post and I promise you it does get easier. I was one of the people Collie referred to that was on the program for over a year (13 months including refeed). It was easy once you get past the first week (2 maximum) and then you hit this happy zone where if you remain deviation free, it just feels good. Yes, you do have to be organised and have a plan but if you have that, it is so managable. At the end of the day though, your body will take what it takes to lose the weight and once you start to see the kilos dropping off and your body shape changing, sticking with the program becomes much easier because you can see and feel the results. My advice, do the program deviation free. I did and it is by far the quickest and easiest way to do it. All the best Buttefly |

Re: ONLY 10ks
I wouldnt worry about how long it will take you really. Cause to me then it gets harder and harder to stay motivated.
