Attention Mobile Users

If anyone if reading New You Forum from a mobile device (iPhone, iPad, Android, Blackberry etc) you'll see a popup stating that there is now an App you can download (purchase) to view the forum in.

Please note that this is optional. It's there as an added service for Mobile users and it makes coming here on a mobile a lot easier. But you can continue to come here as you always did if you prefer to do that. We don't make any money out of members downloading and using the Tapatalk app.

If you have any questions, ask away.

Yep sammie I'm trying it out too and it's good, though it'll take my very old and not technological brain a while to get around it, but so far so good!!!!!!

What does the app do that is better? I have an iPad and am happy with this so far.

It doesn't really do anything better in my opinion, it does load faster though and it takes all the extra bits and pieces out so that you only read text. It's good for a quick catch up, not a big long winded session. That suits me when I'm out and about and on on the run, which is all the time for me!!!!! And I check in many times a day instead of one big session. It's kind of like a compact version of it.......

It's called tapatalk and let's you roam the forum much better from your phone than using safari.

Not sure if its on android or only iPhone. I have iPhone

Does anyone know if you are able to adjust your ticker via tapatalk on mobile??

Don't think so TF I can't even see the tickers on tapatalk.

If I want to change ticker on phone I switch to safari, then it's the same as though you're on a big computer, just a bit more fumbly with the small size!!

I've just upgraded Tapatalk to the latest version. As I don't run the sw, could someone who does confirm it's all working well ?

FYI - Since we've installed it we've had over 800 posts made via Tapatalk from 94 people who have visted using the app. (no fear, that's about all the information I can get on the Tapatalk usage)

I'm not sure when the latest update on my iPhone got installed, I don't think it was all that long ago.

I haven't had any issues with it so far and I'm typing from it now!!!

Baloo I'm using v1.14.3 if that's any use to you for info. There is a separate tapatalk HD for iPad that works too. The layout is different but works ok. The tapatalk for iPhone works just fine though on the iPad

Ive downloaded the App on my iphone ($0.99) and I can't find the forum anywhere lol
