100% Cohens and Waterwise Challenge - Friday 2 August to Thursday 16 August 2013
HI all
I would like to put a challenge out there for all of us! Extra motivation is what I need as well as lasor focus. Rules for this 100% Chohens challenge are:
You can sign up until Monday (5 Aug) for this challenge as long as you have been drinking your water and been D-Free since Friday 2 August. At the end of the challenge, we can all proudly display the Waterwise and Dancing Mango Icon in our signature. Who is with me?

Oooh, I want to be in a fancy mango challenge.
Today is Friday the 2nd. I will be deviation free until maintenance of course but for this challenge, for the next two weeks. I would like to drink 3L of water (4x 750ml), as I don't think that is too much for me to be drinking....will be hardest for me on the weekends! Sign me up please! |

Good on you for setting this up Blommie - a great challenge! I will cheer from the sidelines on this one as I am headed north for my daughter's music theatre debut (42nd Street!!) and have several meals booked that I am unsure of what will be on offer. I'll catch you on the next one

I will be going for 2,4L of water min daily and will be DV for the challenge!!

Go us Blommie! We might get some late starters in.
Yesterday I smashed my water goal - got at least 3.5L in, but that was because it was such a late night....wasn't home till midnight. As it is the weekend, this will be the testing time for me. Have a wicked day. |

Count me in! Since returning from my 30th birthday getaway a week ago I have been deviation free!
My minimum water goal is 2.5L Ok let's do this! |

Count me in on the challenge I have been DF for 7 days and promise to be for the rest of the challenge!! SO is this officially Day Three? I have been DF and have had 2.5L of water (my aim) today

I am also 100% DF and waterwise today!! Struggled as ate all my crackers, apples and diet coke by 1:30pm so was so hungry by dinner and still am after I have finished! Will make sure I leave a piece of fruit or a diet coke for the 430pm slump. 10 more days until challenge completed |

All good here yesterday. Am home sick today (no voice, still sore ears and throat) so I just need to remember to drink water while I am not sleeping!

Yes Blommie I am going to check in everyday nothing like a little extra accountability
Hit my 2.5L of water today find I drink heaps of water throughout the day then struggle when I get home from work so I only probably have about 500mls between 6pm and bedtime. Someone I knew that did Cohens said her consultant said it doesn't work unless you drink every 15 minutes (she used to set her alarm to go off every 15mins). I have never heard this have you guys? Day 5 of the challenge done and dusted |
