Default Weighing up weighing in...

What is everyone's weigh in/check in strategy and why? Do you prefer to weigh in daily, weekly, monthly?

I don't own scales - it's better for me this way

Generally weighed in monthly and for the first 5 months I didn't own a scale only weighed in at clinic.

I found this helped me to forget about the length of time and just let the days go by doing what one needs to do.
I think this may change as I get closer to goal.

Why can't feeling thinner, looking thinner and being thinner be one-in-the-same.

I fell like I've lost 10kgs...in reality it'll probably be 4-5kgs (weigh-in is end of October)
I look like I've lost 2-3kgs (and mostly just bloat)
Still working away at the being thin
