Question for those old hands at Cohens.....
Just been looking at the post of weekly losses on this thread, it would be great to get more peoples posts of their losses for comparisons.
Anyway, my question is: on the weeks where you've had a bigger loss did you notice anything you did differently??? Or just the same thing every week with different results? Just curious. Suzie |

Suzie, I think you can slow things down, but you can't do much to speed them up. No stress (physical, mental, emotional) helps, as does plenty of sleep. Some people find that certain foods slow them down, e.g. cheese or mango. At the moment I'm varying my breakfasts. My losses the past couple of weeks have been better than average, but there may be other reasons for that. However, I'm going to continue while the losses are good.

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time. My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight. What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/ |

The less I did, the more I slept, the less I thought about weight loss, the more 100% I was, the more precise with every detail - the better my weight loss - and looking back I can almost pinpoint each time I had a slight unknown deviation of sorts.
Like over doing it due to large weight loss and the super feeling of wellness that I hadn't felt for twenty years, walking or being away and shopping more as in walking around looking at shops, or I had a stressful week at work or stayed up later reading this forum or drove a motor vehicle for long hours - or guessed my foods or ate a bigger piece of fruit or extra pieces of chewing gum or drank a caffeine Coca Cola drink by mistake - (which was only pointed out to me on the forum about a month before I finished my plan) but not being a regular drinker of coke - and really only when away - and also when I took more than 1 fish oil tablet. And no doubt there were lots of other little things ......!!! Andy

Personally for me .. whenever I have a big week .. the next week is smaller ... in the end mine has all averaged out to about 1.2 per week .. just some weeks have been 1.5 or 1.8.. followed by a 600 or 800 odd the next week ... I don't even think about it now .. as long as I know I haven't deviated . I don't stress.

Thanks everyone, it would be great if more people would put their weekly losses on that post of weekly cm and kg losses for everyone to see though.
