'10kgs in 6 Weeks' Starting Sat NOV 1st 2008
Hey there to one and all,
I have been watching the previous '10kgs in 6 Week' challenge & can't wait to see the final stats! 10kgs in 6 weeks is fairly achievable (1.6ish kilos per week) so I think this is an AWESOME challenge and one that I could definitely sink my teeth into and hopefully others. Last dash for summer hey............... I haven't had any experience in organising anything like this but could try if anyone is interested? Drop a line in here if you're up for it, there are three of us who are keen already... the more the merrier, cheerier and determinder (Briohny word ) I think the most straight forward way to run it is by only logging our weekly weight (no measurements)... What do you think? Hoping to find people keen to give it a go and go the long haul... If you could weigh yourself this Sat NOV 1st and post your weight, then we are off and losing May the force be with you and a bottle of water beside you! WARNING: NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED!!! |

I'm just punching in your no's into the spread sheet and with 13 out of the 16 people in the running to take this challenge out.... wait for it....... remember there is still another 3 people to pass on their 1st weeks weigh in details........................................... ............................................ Week one total loss so far is: 19.2kgs That is just out of this world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The last 3 people - drop me your weights as of last Sat (8th Nov) and I will post the final stats tomorrow. If anyone would like me to shoot them through the spread sheet I'm happy to do so - just PM me your email address.... I had a terrible, TERRIBLE week 2.1kg gain - blame it TOM, always does silly things with me but I did also make a few silly choices, just like me to go about things the hard way.................. onwards and upwards (well downwards) weight wise....... I for one am struggling this week...totally DF and only 300g loss since Saturday!
Hopefully the rest of the week improves dramatically...I am happy to take any loss to be honest.

How weird is that Ronky.....and I know we aren't the only ones having a slow week either...hope it shifts soon!! After all the walking I did today it should show a difference tomorrow!
I went to the opening of a new DFO (Direct Factory Outlet) here in Cairns...and did good on several levels....didn't spend any money although there were lots of bargains...and didn't get waylaid by the food court! LOL

my stats are: Week 0 - 95.5 Week 1 - 93.0 Week 2 - 91.6 Week 3 - 89.9 Week 4 - 88.8 Week 5 - 87.5 Loss this week: 1.3kg Total Loss: 8kg. It will need to be a good week to get me to the goal!! cheers everyone Keep your spirits up Bri - you have been doing so well don't let this get on top of you.

6th December - Day 36 of Challenge
Start Weight 1st November 68.50 kilos
Today's Morning Weight 66.00 kilos Loss over four weeks 2.50 kilos (Up today from last week's weight of 64.50 kilos!) Serves me right for eating the Wrong Cheese and triggering off a mad eating episode! Kristine
