Hi Donna

This forum is wonderful and there's lots of great support yet sometimes I feel that I have a question that needs to be answered by my consultant. If this were my question I would ring or email my clinic - or even go in to see them.

There are really lots of factors which I can see to take into account with this one - and I'm no expert.
Firstly - the programme says health first - weight loss second.
Secondly - did you declare this medication on your signing up form - if so them I would assume that Dr Cohen takes this into account.
Thridly - is there another brand of your mediaction which would do the same job without the lactose.

With something as important as your medication I would not be fiddling with it without speaking to my doctor and my clinic. If you are concerned then I really feel you need to speak with both.

Blessings
Shanara

Donna,

I agree with Shanara - but I have to ask is it a prescribed medicine? If so and you declared it on your enrolment form it will be fine, we are only told to avoid multivitamins and such with lactose not prescription medicines. I would also say talk to yoru clinic on this one.
