Fans of Biggest Loser - Couples

HI, I thought I would start a thread about the current show of The Biggest Loser - Couples. I have actually followed each series since it started. Currently I love the couples show. I originally thought that I didn't want anyone to go as they all seemed so nice. It seems to give them a nicer personality when you see them with someone they love. Some of their stories they told when they were first weighed in was so gut renching. I really feel for the couple in the purple (sorry I am terrible with names), she is the largest women ever on the show and she seems so lovely. LIke tonight when they were so nice to the other couple that had made them wait two hours before they took off in the speed boat.

Don't know about that Holly (yellow team) - she has a whining whinging voice without any bounce to it. She also has the gold bracelet so I hope she goes soon.

Well, I hope there is some other fans out there and I look forward to your comments.

Yes I've been trying to watch the show this time around too...the couples concept gives a completely new dimension, doesn't it?

I agree with you Rosemary regarding the yellow team, the older sisiter has a HUGE chip on her shoulder, and is playing the "poor-me" card a little [alot!] too often...and they aren't working together as a team which isn't helping them either!

The yellow team would be my first choice to leave the show too.

hi guys, yeah i luv biggest loser, been a big fan since it started years ago. It's uplifting and motivational to watch them all go thru their physical and mental transformations.

I know I shouldnt say this... even tho im motivated and happy by their weight loss' and a LOSS is a LOSS... BUT... Oh maaan! Someone please tell these ppl you dont need to bust a gut to lose weight!! Bust a gut AFTER youve lost it to tone up AFTER Cohens!! I'm so happy to have found Cohens. I will use this program for the rest of my life when and if its needed. Even if I put on a few after all is said and done, i know i can go back to Cohens to lose it. I am NOT knocking exercise, I will absolutley want to tone and do weight training once ive lost my weight, im not into the skinny look, im into the athletic look.... but still... oh man! Watching them killing themselves during these training sessions makes me cringe.

But I still love watching Biggest Loser. I do look forward to watching them transform their lives. Good on them. And good on COHENS!!!

I love to watch people transform their lives, but gee I hate he aspect of these shows where they insist on voting people off- I wish they would just show some lovely motivational stories about without the competition.

What I find interesting whilst watching the Biggest Loser is that all those successful contestants from the past are all promoting a 2 meal replacement shake. God help me, didn't they learn anything about good food and nutrition in the house???

I can't believe they are happy promoting replacement meals. I guess realistically, it's all about the money and not about the teachings of balanced meals and a nutritional diet!!
