Not me! I've never been shy in my life, and I WISH I had paparazzi following me around! Just waiting to see if husband is going to be travelling. If he is, I am designated driver for my kids, so won't be able to make it. If he isn't, then I'm there!

I'm BACK!

Arrived 1am this morning after a 28 hour jouney (20 of them in the air) and only up 1.5kg for a trip filled chock-a-block with Maryland Steamed Crabs and copious quantities of brew and other such goodies (but was good most of the time!) Did not go near a scale the whole trip but was mostly sensible! Put me down for the outing! I gotta see the new Flamie with my own eyes! Had a real quick scan of Flamie's new maintenance journal. Grasshopper, you have learned well!

Goodness gracious me! I just found out that there's also a Cedele at Novena - UNITED SQUARE. That's the building next to our Cohen clinic in Singapore . I'm just wondering if Wheelock place would be too noisy to have a good afternoon chat? Oh well... let me know which place you guys are comfy with. I'm fine with anywhere....hhehehehe

Talk about an ole stallion feeling like he's a fox what got into the henhouse this afternoon! WOW! These gals are stunning! Flamie was small at out last outing but now she is absolutely TINY! And Fornight isn't too far behind. matter of fact, she is about where Flamie was in our last meeting with around 5 kg to go. We had a electic mix today from 2 weeks into phase one to about 4 weeks remaining to 2 weeks into maintenance to myself with 16 months into maintenance. Next celebration will be Fornight's coming out party!

Way to go gals!

Hahahahah I dun see myself as being TINY but I will try to see more from that perspective :P. Really good programme I must say. I don't have to worry too much that I will put on weight, just ensure that I don't eat too much rofl

It is great to meet up with Flamie and sms again. I did not expect to meet new cohenite!!! It was fun to see new face (LIM).

As usual, I learnt a great deal from Flamie and sms. I will take the responsibility to organise the next outing. Hopefully by then I have already finished refeed.

¿where did you go to have crabs-sms? I am sooooo jealous! I have made old bay steamed shrimp over here but never crabs! My dad is from a town near the cheseapeake bay on the potamac river. I miss crab eating more than any other food activity from the states. You guys are so lucky to be able to hang out in person!

Carrieanne, I catch the from the end of my dock then steam them using Old Bay & some special things like beer in the steaming liquid instead of vinegar! I have a 202 acre waterfront farm on the Eastern Shore (between Preston & Hurlock) in Dorchester County on the Choptank River. I sit at my kitchen table where I have a big 11 foot wide window that overlooks the river and chow down! this ought to whet your appetite:

ohhh, you're cruel ! My dad is from and still has a house in Colonial Beach, it is a town of rednecks and "good ol boys", about as lively as a cementery-but it used to be a busy gambling town in the 50's but now there are only the off track places that are out on piers(the water belongs to you Marylanders) -Thanx now you have me homesick lol, and I'm also thinking about a softshell sandwich or a grilled cheese with oyster in the middle.
