Default Multi Vitamins Question :)

Hey Guys!

I just got on Monday my new multi Vitamins, they are the Blackmores slow releasing and they are just fantastic already!

However, I am taking them in the mornings and by this time for the past two days I have had the "runs" sorry, not nice, but from what I am reading on the internet it might be because of not enough fat or food in the stomach to absorb? should I take them at night, or are they just too strong?

Has anyone else had this problem?

SB, I take two of these every morning with no consequences. Perhaps this brand just isn't for you??

Yeah its strange huh, its the only thing I can put it down to as I have been fine before the past two days and only started taking the multi's on Monday, I wonder if I am having too much of a certain vitamin already or something? Dont know, will monitor it over the next day or two I think

Multi's are always best taken in the morning after breakfast, because they give you energy and help metabolise your food for energy. They can keep you up at night, or just not be as effective

Hi Snuggly Boots
Agree with Tahli for sure Vitamins best taken in morning.

I would like to add that we are in a system "fat burn" and fat breaking down must detox those cells and it seems to me it can result in what you describe. I actually felt good when it happened and noticed good losses.

If you are a person who has had gallbladder issues we are told when it is removed that fatty food consumption will do this. So consumption of fat via the food we choose or consumption internally from our burn = same result Id suggest. Im no expert though...Happy to be set right if this is wrong thinking :}

As we get closer to goal I did see on Forum or from my Consultant, I cant remember which, that the fat being burned could well have been there years even if you have done other weight loss programmes over the years this is the hardest to shift and is the yellow colour round your internal organs.

I imagine this old reserve is full of toxins. It is the fat cells that the body stores toxins in mainly is it not? So I decided the toilet situation was no big deal to worry about. And "this too shall pass".

Thanks for the topic Snuggle_boots, not the aah..... result of vitamins but the choice of vitamins. I haven't started them yet and was wondering what are good ones to try. Didn't want to start with the clinic ones due to cost so might go and try the ones you have chosen. Cheers

Glad things have 'cleared' up. LOL
