Thank goodness for forums
Thank goodness for you guys. We had my rellies here for a barbeque on Sunday night and there is still chocolates, mudcake and chips left in the house. My hubby has gone out for the night and the kids are in bed so I was bored, lonely and feeling the nibblies. Nearly reached for the choccie but turned the computer on instead. So.... cravings diverted and I'm ready for bed. Thank you all for your inspiration Dizzy

lead us to temptation!
Good stuff dizzy. Don't you feel really good not deviating? That happened to me today.
I had a small yummy in my hands - I sniffed it, I pondered it - I handed it back. I felt SO good! Even more so when I got through the rest of the day, got home, cooked dinner and worked out on my stepper for 1000 hard and fast steps. If I'd eaten that small deviation, not even 2000 steps would have worked it off! Keep it up. And remember you will taste those yummy things again. Just not for a while. Plus - you know exactly how they taste... so what's the good in being bad when you already know! I hope my late night should have gone to bed an hour ago dribble makes sense! Goal 1: Day 1 Monday (started 2nd time around 6 Nov 06) Goal 2: No deviations for 1 week (achieved) Goal 3: Drop 10kg stat. Goal 4: Be under 100kg by Christmas! Goal 5: Weigh myself December 6! Goal 6: NO deviations for 2 weeks (failed)
