yep ,

I have spoken to the clinic for an hour this morning and we decided to order my refeed. So I am going to start refeed on Thursday.

I spoke to my Doctor and he thinks my breasts and my excess stomach skin are about 3kg in weight (approx) and he said to remember that all up I have lost over 50kg from my heaviest, and 40kg in the last 4 years, and I have been on a diet for 4 years and he thinks I need to get used to how I am now and see if I am OK with it, so I am happy with that for now.

I have an appointment with my plastic surgeon in October so if he says different I will go back on the plan then.

Hi Connie,
Congratulations for deciding to start re feed!
You have done an amazing job, with all that you did while doing the program!

You should be so darn proud of yourself!
I am sure you will really enjoy this part of the program.

Congrats Connie

How fricken awesome - this is the FUN part!

I am really interested in your info from the plastic surgeon - how much will it cost and do you have private health insurance? Like you I had caesars and still have the floppy bit just in the middle....

Hi guys,

Thanks for dropping in everyone and the wishes. I have been torn as to whether I should have tried to go on, but I was really hungry last night again and woke hungry today.

Now .... my refeed is on it's way to me, But Sharon had told me to add some specific amounts of protein and vegies to my meals yesterday and today and it turns out she guessed right so I am actually already on day 2 of redeed.

So yesterday was add old protein and old veg.

Today add old protein and old veg and 1 good fruit ...... I am so torn between blueberries and pineapple .... I have to go to the store anyway will see what grabs me when I get there.

Bread tomorrow if I want it ...... hmmmmm

Cya all later on .....

Ohh and SMS mine is 20 days

Hey, Connie!!!

Oh, my God...50 kg lost!!!!! YOU ARE THE WOMAN!!!!!!

So strong!!!! I lost 19kg and feel like newborn...
Im so happy to have corefeeder with me!!!! Soooo cool!

You hungry? I know, isn't it cool to have new fruit??? I was gonna have blueberries (raised, americans), but when Shell said - aren't nectarines just soooo yumm... I was thinking...oh, she's right... why am I going for farm raised blueberries if I can get the sweetest nectarine from the farmer next door? Stupid me!

Good luck mate! Thanks for dropping in my diary! I have been a little ignorant about others right now, cuz I am preparing for my finals (Friday!!!!!)... but still wanted to update my refeed, so I wouldnt forget too much by weekend...

GOOD LUCK and hope together we'll have even more fun on this GREAT road !!!!

I took penny's advice and had the pineapple and all I can say is ..........

**insert noise homer simpson makes while eating donuts**

I have rockmelon ready for breakfast to eat with my yoghurt instead of apple ........

I feel the best I have for a month ....... listening to my body I think it was time

Thanks for popping in guys ..... its such a new experience ....... I bought a loaf of bread today and am so looking forward to toast with my soup tomorrow for lunch.

Louise ... it's basically increasing quantities and adding in some new 'good fruits' for me so far.

Ohh and I haven't eaten all my chewing gum today for the first time in more than a month

Connie

Refeed day 3

Weight: 64.3kg -0.2
Breakfast: Yoghurt + Rockmelon (new good fruit)
Morning tea: Cracker
Lunch:Chilli Chicken soup + 1 slice wholemeal toast
Afternoon tea: Cracker
Dinner: Chicken meatballs and cauliflower
Supper: Apple

The rockmelon was nice ... but not as good as the pineapple. Think I will buy more pineapple today and have that with my yoghurt tomorrow. Will pop back later and fill in the rest of the day

Have a great day.
