Egg white crepes

Another one I will try is egg white crepes.

Egg whites spread out in fry pan, flipped and cooked on both sides.
Cooled down.
Add some cinnamon and or nutmeg.
Spread on some low fat yogurt and or some fruit- sliced strawberries, sliced cooked apple.

You could add whatever you wanted- ice cream, whipped cream, honey etc.
Choices are unlimited!
