Hi Peta,
I find that I get hungrier when my period is due. Maybe after a couple of months you might find a pattern emerging too. On those hard days I find a can of sprite zero can really help keep the hunger at bay. Green tea also works for me. If not my house is usually a bit cleaner at those times....anything to keep my mind distracted. Rach |
